It’s your goddamned responsibility and if all of you actually bothered to vote, we probably wouldn’t be in this mess.

VOTE.

This is a common misconception stemming from an incorrect assumption that one, not both, presidential candidates won’t fuck us over. The best you hope to achieve by voting is choosing which way you’re going to take it.

Also, unless you’re in the Electoral College, your vote for president doesn’t mean anything. But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t go to the polls. Who you elect for your local government, from city council to mayor to sheriff to governor to senator, etc. affects things in a more profound way.
