Disband the TSA. Theater Security Agency.

- $6 MILLION per gun found; none belonging to terrorists
- 7 of every 10 weapons gets past screeners
- probability of dying in terrorist attack: 1 in 30 million
- probability of getting cancer from a single security screening: 1 in 30 million
The radiation of the scanners is one of my biggest gripes. Who in their right mind wants to work next to these open machines 8 hours a day? Backscatter x-rays are bunk and expose everyone in the area to radiation. So my cancer risk goes up every time I go through security, whether or not I walk through the machine. Each trip through the machine could give me a 1:30M chance of getting cancer and I go through TSA approximately 40 times per year and I’m barely a “gold status” frequent flyer. Those Platinum guys travel 3-4 TIMES as much as I do and most of them go through the scanners (faster than a pat-down).
